๐ŸŒŸ Most Recent Testimonial! ๐ŸŒŸ So thankful and humbled to get this lovely testimonial from Kelly who had a fear of flying. Hypnotherapy can be so helpful for any kind of fear or phobia. โœˆ๏ธ ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ Check out the full testimonial below ๐Ÿ‘‡

โ€œKelly was a joy to work with. Her contact details were passed to me from a very dear friend who also had amazing results working with Kelly. Her approach was gentle and reassuring and I instantly felt comfortable to be vulnerable and open up. I went to Kelly to address my fear of flying and the tools she has given me has changed my holiday experience. I will use Kelly again for other areas of my life as I know I will be in safe hands.โ€- Kelly Swarray

Do you have a child with anxiety? Here are some tips ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Tell your child the behaviour you want- So often we focus so much on the behaviour we don't want from our children instead of the behaviour we do want. Ever wonderered why when you tell your child "Dont touch that" they touch it? Its because the brain focuses on the '..touch that' not the 'dont'. So if your child is anxious or worried avoid saying "don't be anxious or worried" as the brain will latch on to 'anxious' or 'worried'. Instead say the behaviour you want "I want you to calmly get ready for school". This will help your child immensly and set them up for a great day!

2. Focus on connection and communication- This one may seem obvious but make sure you focus on connection and communication in healthy ways. Sitting there talking so much to your child about anxiety is not in my opinion the healthiest connection and communication. Absolutely check in with them once in a while and be open to answer any questions but it should not be your soul focus. Connect and communicate with your children with their hobbies, something that makes them laugh or you laugh or you both learning a new skill. That is healthy connection and communication.

3. Avoid Labelling. Allow them to grow- Kids get labelled so much nowadays with different disorders but it is not who they are. We are so much more than the labels that medical proffessionals give us. Make sure your children do not take on these disorders on as an identity and allow them to know that the brain can change, adapt and grow in wonderful ways. Allow your child to grow, learn and surprise you. Let them know that they can achieve anything they want to. Empower them rather than restrict them in a label.
