How do I pay for my session?
Following the confirmation of your appointment you will receive an email with an invoice for the session. The invoice needs to be paid in full a minimum of 48 hours before the session, with confirmation of payment (bank/transfer receipt) sent to kelly@
Why do I need to pay in advance?
Creative Minds hypnotherapy books and pays for professional room hire for your session in advance. The request for the client to pay for their session in advance not only shows that the client is committed to the session, it covers the room hire and session left vacant in the event that the client does not show up.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that sometimes things comes up and plans change. Creative Minds Hypnotherapy requires at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments. This allows us to re-book another client and/or cancel the room booking. Unfortunately, if cancellation is less than 24 hours, there is an $110 per hour booked cancellation fee.
Is Hypnotherapy covered by Medicare or Private Health funds?
Hypnotherapy clients cannot claim sessions with Medicare. Some Private Health funds cover Hypnotherapy but as levels of cover vary please check with your provider.
